Feb 06, 2018  I'm having a problem with my realtek bluetooth 4.0 driver. I have windows 10. It wasn't showing up in device manager unless I clicked on show hidden devices. I followed the steps listed at. This package installs the software (Bluetooth Driver) to enable the following device. 1. Click Start, type Device Manager in the Start search box and hit ENTER.
2. Click View on the Menu bar and select Show hidden devices.
3. Locate Bluetooth Adapter and expand the same.
4. Right-click on the Bluetooth adapter and select Properties.

Method 1: Run Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter

Follow these steps to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter:

1. Go to Control Panel and type troubleshooting in search.
2. Select Troubleshooting.
3. Select View all on the top left corner.
4. Click Hardware and Devices.
5. Follow the on-screen instruction to run the troubleshooter.

Method 2: Start the Bluetooth service

1. Click Start, type “services.msc” and hit enter.
2. From the list of items, double click Bluetooth Support Service.
3. Change the startup type to Automatic and click Start button to start service.
4. Click Apply and then click ok.

I suggest you to Uninstall and reinstall the Bluetooth drivers and check if issue persists. Refer the steps below to uninstall the Bluetooth drivers:
