1. Open your Internet Explorer 11 browser.

2. Click on the gear icon, also known as the Action or Tools menu, located in the upper right corner of the IE11 browser window.

3. When the drop-down menu appears, click on Internet options to display IE11's internet options in a window overlaying your browser window.

4. Click on the Security tab to open the security options.

   I was able to add a tile for it once but it has seen disappeared.I used to have it pinned to the Start Menu in Windows 7 so it would let me launch directly into Library, Recent Games, Store, etc. I really miss that. I press the Windows Key and type 'steam' and all I get is a webpage shortcut for store.steampowered.com. Where are steam games located.

   I've also tried with a fresh install of Win 10 on my laptop. Since upgrading to Win 10 I get blue screens when trying to use the Blaster. Altera quartus ii software. I've got the latest Quartus Prime Lite 15.1 and still have the same problem with the drivers. I previously used Quartus II Web Edition 14 on my desktop Win 7 with my clone USB Blaster without issue.
